The prevailing commission offered in the market is 25% excl (VAT) off the capital amount recovered.

At Vula Collections, we understand no client is the same. We will negotiate a commission based on the age of the accounts, average value of accounts and volume handed over.

Making it easy for debtors to make payments is vitally important, so for their convenience we provide multiple payment options and methods.

Necessary expenses and fees prescribed by the Minister in the Gazette after consultation with the Council.
